About Us
The TnT group was formed by Brian Tehako and a group of traders that were tired of the industry standard of click trading. The group felt that to be successful required a shift to a paradigm rooted in creating a dynamic environment that encouraged open communication. Such an environment would lead to the innovation of ideas that are allowed to thrive and grow. This belief along with the negativity of other firms has driven the TnT group into this new and exciting venture.
Our Mission
To be a successful group of macro-economic traders working together using intraday, long term, and automated trading styles while providing a positive environment where each trader adds to the success of the group as a whole.
Our Beliefs
Most failures in proprietary trading come from the lack of communication amongst traders that are doing well and ones that are not. Most firms do not promote this type of group dynamic. Many traders have problems with not wanting to share their ideas because they believe it will affect their bottom line. What these traders fail to realize is that these ideas tend to not last for a long period of time. Therefore, these traders do not receive the benefit of help and communication once their idea is gone. This results in huge turnover of traders either jumping from firm to firm or leaving the industry entirely.
